When you are doing meditation at certain stage one blankness will come. You are having a feeling of “virrrrrrrrrrrr” in your body. If you afraid that something wrong has happened to you, you will immediately come down to the normal stage. Avoid this fear. Enjoy that vibration. Just observe that vibration so that it will continue for some more time. Establish it. Similarly during deep sleep in the early morning if you awakened all on a sudden this “virrrrrrrr” feeling will come. Without fear enjoy it. When there is no electricity this experience comes quickly. The magnetic field created by fan or the static current field created by the air conditioner will disturb the cosmic energy flow. We can artificially create this atmosphere by switch off the main before going to bed. Correct effect will be getting if the current is stopped suddenly by any timer switch. ¾¡ý ±ýÈ¡û Ä. In 1996 on a fine morning an acne appeared in my face. Doctor confirmed it as carbuncle. It is due to fair and lovely used by me said Lalli.

ÁÕóÐ ±ìºðÈ¡ 3000 ±ýá÷. ´Õ º¢ýÉ ôÇŠ §À¡ø ¸ð Àñ½¢ ¯û§Ç ¯ûǨ¾ ±ÎòРŢðÎ ¨¾Âø §À¡ÎÅ¡÷¸û ±ýÈ¡÷. ¾ØõÒ Å¢Æ Å¡öôÒûÇÐ ±ýÈ¡÷.After a tratement with some allopathic medicines (retinoic acid and garnier acne medicines) for more than four or five years I have gone to a doctor.


He told that the operation cost will be around 2000 and other expentitures will be around 3000. He explained that the acne will be opened by cutting a cross then the mass inside will be removed and a sewture will be done. Chances are there that there may be some scar he added.

The cost is only 25 rupees, On the single application the acne was burned.




´ÕÅ¡Ãõ ¸Æ¢òÐ À¡¾¢ ¦À¡ÕìÌ Å¢Øó¾Ð. After one week half of the dead skin fell.


´ÕÅ¡Ãõ ¸Æ¢òÐ Á¢îºÓõ Å¢Øó¾Ð. ¼¡ì¼÷À¡÷òÐÅ¢ðÎ ÓÃðÎ ¨Åò¾¢ÂÁ¡ö þÕ째 ±ýÈ¡÷.

±Ð «ø§Ä¡À¾¢Â¡ ? ¬Ô÷§Å¾Á¡ ? After another week all dead skin fell. . The allopathic Doctor saw this and told what a barbaric treatment. I think my self which one the allopathic ? or the Ayurvedhic ?
