In my village a boy of 9th standard (age 14 years only)  has gone to a prostitute's house.  An old man who has seen that informed it to the mother but the mother says that her son is only a child and beat the old man with broomstick and thrown the old man out of the house after crying for half an hour saying that you are the man who will do these things and your son will only do that and your family will only be like that etc.  As the boy's father was in Singapore money is not a criterion for him and the mother was pampering him too much. But after fifteen days the boy was infected with syphilis and the doctor advised the mother that the boy has done some mistakes and advised to take pencillin injection and he also received the broomstick treatment.  After a month the infection become more serious and the boy had to be admitted in a private hospital in Madurai to save his life.   That is the temperament of mothers and grandmothers towards these type activities of their children.   In Delhi rape case one boy is escaping  from death by producing certificates that he is only below 18.   (today the judgement is coming.)  And in Mumbai news reporter case also one grandmother of one of the fellows has already produced a certificate that her grandson is below 18 (and the difference is a few months).   In the Hindu news paper (11.09.2013) another news comes that the U.N.O has done a survey and report that one in four men has done the rape in Asia and in New Guinea country it is 70% and more and feels sorry for the situation.  Unless otherwise the attitudes of ladies (mothers, grandmothers and relatives) especially in villages who are illitrates and give too much important for their male children are changed we cannot expect a positive, healthy and  good society.

என் கிராமத்தில் ஒரு ஒன்பதாம் வகுப்பு மாணவன் (வயது பதினாலுதான்) ஒரு முறை ஒரு விலைமாது வீட்டுக்குப் போய்விட்டான்.  இதனைக் கவனித்த பெரியவர் ஒருவர் அவன் அம்மாவிடம் சென்று இதனைக் கூற அவன் அம்மா அந்தப் பெரியவரை என் பையன் குழந்தை நீதான் இது போன்ற தவறுகளைச் செய்வாய், உன் பையன்தான் செய்வான்,  உன் குடும்பம்தான் அப்படிப் பட்டது என்று அரை மணி நேரம் வசை பாடி அவரை விளக்குமாற்றால் அடித்து ரோட்டில் பிடித்துத் தள்ளியது.   பையனின் தந்தை சிங்கப்பூரில் பணியில் இருந்தபடியால் அவனுக்கு பணம் ஒரு தடையல்ல மேலும் அம்மாவின் செல்லம் அவனை மிகவும் கெட்டவனாக்கிவிட்டது.  ஆனால் பதினைந்து நாட்களில் அவனுக்கு சிபிலிஸ் என்ற பால்வினை நோய் பற்றியது.   வந்த டாக்டர் அம்மா உங்கள் பையன் ஏதோ தவறு செய்திருக்கிறான் அவனுக்கு பென்சிலின் போட வேண்டும் என்று கூற அவருக்கும் அதே விளக்குமாற்று அடி கிடைத்தது.   அதன்பின் ஒரு மாதத்தில் நோய் முற்றி அவனை மதுரை தனியார் மருத்துவ மனையில் சேர்த்து உயிரைக் காப்பாற்ற வேண்டி வந்தது.   அம்மாக்கள் மற்றும் பாட்டிகளின் தங்கள் குழந்தைகள் மேல் உள்ள நிலைப்பாடு இன்றைக்கும் அவ்வாறுதான் உள்ளது.  டெல்லி வழக்கில் ஒரு பையன் 18 வயதுக்கு குறைந்தவன் என சான்றிதழ் காட்டி தூக்கிலிருந்து தப்பிவிட்டான்.  (தீர்ப்பு இன்று வருகிறது)   மும்பை நிருபர் வழக்கில் குற்றவாளிகளில் ஒருவனின் பாட்டி அவன் 18 வயதுக்கு குறைந்தவன் என சான்றிதழ் கொடுத்துள்ளார்.  (இரண்டு மூன்று மாதம்தான் குறைவு)   இன்றைய ஹிந்து நாளிதழில் U.N.O நடத்திய ஒரு ஆய்வில் ஆசியாவில் நாலில் ஒருவர் இந்தக் குற்றம் செய்துள்ளார் என்றும் கினியா நாட்டில் இது 70% எனவும் தெரிவித்து வருத்தம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.   பெண்களின் (அம்மாக்கள், பாட்டிகள், மற்ற உறவினர்கள்) (அதுவும் கிராமத்துப் பெண்கள்) இடையே ஒரு மன மாற்றம் ஏற்பட்டால் ஒழிய (அதுவும் தங்கள் ஆண் குழந்தைகளுக்கு தேவையில்லாமல் கொடுக்கும் இந்த முக்கியத்துவம்)  சமுதாயம் திருந்த வழியில்லை.

in ancient days people will go to forest to live at their old age (vaanashbrastham).  chances are there that they may be killed by tigers or elephants. but today old people are deserted by their children and killed by tiger leyland lorries or tata ace mini lorries (mini elephant, nickname).

people are crying for everything

To day Railways announces that the new Train Nagercoil to Bangalore express (17235 & 17236) will run via Dindigul and Karur and will not touch Trichirappalli.   The Tiruchi people are not happy over this and begin to cry.   They must realize that touching Trichy will make the train an additional of 96 kilometers.   While Dindigul to Karur the distance is 78 kms but through Trichy it will be 174 kms.  The people of Dindigul, Madurai, Virudhunagar,Sathur,Kovilpatti, Tirunelveli,Valliyur and finally Nagercoil people will not like to travel an extra 96 kms.   See the maps:

Similarly when the Railways announces that the Rockfort Express (16877 & 16878) will not start from Kumbakonam, the people of Kumbakonam and Thanjavur again begin to cry.  To pacify them Railways announces a new Train Thanjavur to Chennai Express via Kumbakonam (16183 & 16184) but people as usual ignore it.   The distance between Kumbakonam and Chennai direct is only 275 kms but through Trichy it is 429 kms.   You can save 154 kms  by travelling via main line.  See the maps:
